SAC controler and SAM

I'm trying to get a better understanding of SAC and the type of data being send to SAM from the SAC controler that controls or run a sorter in a factory. My end goal is to create a converter that will transform the data from SAC to Allen Bradley PLC data format and handshake with a SCADA . Please Help if you have any document or any idea how can this be done thanks
