What are the main different between @ltera 7K and 3K CPLD ?

What are the main different between @ltera 7K and 3K CPLD

i noticed that there is a different in the package pinout, some i/o
in the 7K are GND in the 3K.

is there any more changes.

If you are going to make 3.3V design, use 3K chips.
Compare the prices! 3K is cheaper than 7K. :)

There are no resistance on 3K's IO
 

But I know that EPM3128A TC100-10 $3.5
EPM7128AE TC100-10 $4.2
