Hi,
Lot of MNCs in India must be recruiting freshers now. Stmicro, cypress, qualcore, Rambus take freshers and give training also. Entarnce and interview will be conducted. U need strong fundamentals. This companies mentioned are to give u a rough idea.

One way to get into an MNC as a fresher is thru campus selections. If there is no campus selection going on in your college, you have to apply for off-campus freshers recruiement program which will be conducted by companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Satyam, Philips, TATA ELXSI, and so many companies are there.
You keep searching regularly the websites of all the companies whether they have announced for off-campus program.
