Can I apply 200V to twisted enameled (for coil) wire?

I need two isolated secondary coils for the smps. Effective coil volume of smps core is too small and I dont want to use paper or tape for the coil isolation.

Secondery coils induce only 20v but this seconders will work at the 200v potantial points.

What is the limits for isolation voltages for the enameled wires?
