POST the specifications for the 4 bit microcontroller. We will help!

Re: 4 bit microprocessor

The 4 bit microprocessor should be able to handle 4 bit data.
I want it to have basic 16 instructions(mnenomics), for which i want to design instruction reg.,prog cntr, stack ptr, memory,& 4 bit alu.
In short this programmed cpld will be little brother of microprocessor IC 8085.
Thank you for reply.

Re: 4 bit microprocessor

I referred the url you suggested. But it is the program given in it and not design part for mp. I want designing of the parts i have specified.
