how to interface an lcd to 89c51 using 4 bit mode. am using lampex16200 pls send me manual of this controller

lampex 16200

Lampex-16200 is built in the standard popular HITACHI's HD44780 or its equivalent controller.
This kind of LCD modules have a standard pin out as mention by csaba411. There are many driver for this kind of LCD over the net, please mention you need Assembly version or C version?
