How to make a co-planar wave guide in HFSS?

Hi everybody,

I wanna co-planor wave guide in HFSS but I don't have any ideas about this .(This wave guide connected the micro-strip antenna it is used for feeding ).Thanks
 

Help HFSS

I think pouring copper around the microstrip line can make co-planor line.
