if I know the codutance and the high of the material,
how to calculate the sheet resistance?
for example copper with a heigth of 2.5um

Hi dingjingfeng
Its very simple:
Cooper has E.C. (Electric Conductivity) σ=5.8x10e7 S/m
(this you might be knowing)
1. Multiply the length of the cooper with σ: 2.5e-6 x 5.8x10e7
2. Inverse the result to get the ressitance : (R=1/σ) in Ω

If you want to calculate the sheet ressitance follow the link:

I think it will help you.

Good Luck

Sheet resistance is given by(R/l)=ρ/A
resistance per unit length is sheet resistance....and ρ is the resistivity ,A is the are of cross section
