In this code for 8051 microcontroller

MOV TH1,#-3

DOES -3 MEANS 9600 BAUDRATE,IF YES HOW?

Re: baudrate

MOV TH1,# -3 is right for getting 9600 baudrate if fXTAL = 11.0592 MHz and if bit SMOD == 0. (SMOD = PCON.7)
