Looking for some converters: Voltage/Resistance/Temperature to Voltage

Hi I want following signal conditioner ckt:

Voltage to voltage converter
Resistance to voltage converter
Temp . to voltage converter

For the resistance to voltage converter. make an oscillator (TTL gate and RC filter) and you can use the LM2917

The same thing with your temp converter, you can use a varistor in the RC filter of the oscillator ... do you want more information aboute the logic oscillator ?

For the voltage to voltage there is not a better solution as an Op-Amp (MY opinion, it really simple but it depend of your application)

I wnt it with op amp & specification r as follow

R to V converter ----- 0 - 5 v from 500 to 1000 ohm
V to V converter ----- 0 - 5 v from 2 to 6 mv

the Simpler way than . . . . .
1. R to Voltage: Why can't you use the formula:
V = I * R (if I = constant)
(you should use the IC as REF02, . . . . to reference current).

2. Voltage to voltage converter :
This is the DC - DC converter ? if it is right, you should MC34063 !

3. Temp . to voltage converter
This is the temp.sensor as LM35,. . . . .
