Hi guys,

I use metal1 to form a ground plane for my 15GHz chip. Now I use momentum to do full wave EM simulation and want to define the ground plane as well for parasitics. Anyone has experience on how to define this into the substrate or any other advice? Thanks a lot!

Hi
use closed substrate and set sigma like m1 sigma.
