XR2206 for FSK modulation

xr2206 fsk

i am using XR2206 for FSK modulation scheme. i need two frequency around 70Khz(let 68khz and 72khz).
but using the resistor values (R=1/f*C) i am not getting the required freq. signals.
what may be the problem in this case. pls help me.

I assume you have the XR2206's basic FSX configuration .. see attached picture ..
So, what signals are generated for F1 and F2?
