ROHS compatible processes at 315 MHz

What sort of board plating and solder composition is the industry norm for UHF type boards that are heavy metal free. I have one house recommending thin gold over heavier nickel, then copper base. At 315 MHz, I was worried that the nickel would de-Q all the components/antenna.

Is this a standard nowadays, or is there a better plating scheme.
