simulation of intrinsic capacitor of the inverter

Hi,all!
I use the intrinsic capacitor of inverter as a delay. Is it accurate to simulate the intrinsic capacitor by hspice?

I think it is a common practice to use the inverter as dealy cell.

But you need to verify your design with all PVT corners. Also, you still need to count into the internect dealy in layout.
