Putting a NWELL under the output pad

Hi,
Can I put a nwell under the output pad in my layout? I hope it can decrease the output capacitance and provide good isolation from the substrate noise.

Hi!
U can put the nwell below the output pad but generally it is not followed.
I dont know why?
