what its name??
what the best way (tips) to connect it to the coax cable??
what the best cable type should be used with this jack?

It is simple TV antenna plug (European standard) as far as I can see. Any coaxial 75Ω cable is good with that because connector itself is not for very high frequency i. e. below 900MHz. The cable is usually attched to the plug by one small screw for center conductor and two screws with clamp for shielding.
