Hey,
Search for job as a VLSI fresher if you have already pass-out from your degree school. Dont limit your horizon. Even Backend is not bad at all...

For Front-end learn digital design.verilog,multi-clock synchronization,synthesis,basic knowledge of DFT,etc...
