How to add Spartan S10PC84 to Xilinx WebPack 5.2?

Xilinx WebPack 5.2

Dear all,
I've downloaded Xilinx WebPack 5.2. However, I could not find ( Spartan S10PC84).
Is there any way to add this device.

if you read xilinx sayd that this devices are no longer supported for new Tools.
You must use old version of tool.

This device is supported in XILINX 2.1i.
I do not know if it is supported in any later versions
 

ISE 4.2i or Webpack 4.2i below
 

I manage to get ISE 4.2i Student Edition. However I am not able to run the schematic editor . The only design folw I can get is EDIF. can any one help?
* the only device installed is Spartan.
