Re: microcontroller help

elsalam alykom,

i want to know what do u mean?

but as i guess u should have the MPLAB software as an IDE ,and the ICPROG which takes the hex file and download it to the PIC 16F84.
a good hardware programmer for this is JDM do it on PCB it will work good.

illustrate what u want clearly ,and i am in help.

thanks alot

Re: microcontroller help

Hi
please say exactly your problem.I think you mean that you can read the program in PIC with your programmer but you can not write any program to PIC.is not it?
if yes first carefully check your programmer pin second check that your pic pins be true.the pins RB6 and RB7 are the pins for read & write with changing them to 0 or 1.check that these two pins are true.
good luck.

Re: microcontroller help

hi my frinds
look ,first of all i design my own software and hardware not (ICPROG or etc)
i'm sure that my hardware is good cause it can read from pic16f84
but the problem is to write to code memory

Re: microcontroller help

elsalam alykom,

ok i understood u made ur own software which does the function of ICPROG
i think it's better to search to an open source program ,or u can ask the computer
and software members.

if i reached to any thing i will tell u.

thanks alot
