Is this ratio depend on the technology node?

And, if the source/drain resistance of NMOS and PMOS is R1 and R2, respectively.
The output resistance of CMOS is R1+R2?

many thanks!

Hi,

The W/L of min size MOSFET will always be one, without any dependence on the technology.
What do you mean by the output resistance of the CMOS????

Thanks for your reply!

In many cases, the invertor is simplified as a ideal source, a resistor and a capacitance, as shown in following figure.

How to calculate the resistance and the capacitance?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards!
