latency 3g

Hi all,

I'm looking for a typical value for 3g/UTMS handover latency. Any suggestion on journal, books and technical specification is much appreciated.

I need some justification on the value. The simulator has set default value which is 0.15ms the total delay for a device to connect to a base station

i'm using MIRAI-SF simulator.
