a problem about "IsSpice"

icap 8.1.6

Hello all
I download the software "IntuSoft.ICAP IsSpice 8.1.6" from the internet, and istall it complete. But when I want to open a old file , it will appear error "Unexpected file format" I don't know what happen, and how to solve this problem
