how to connect power pad and core ring?

Hi,
I want to connect power pad and core ring,I made core ring at 4,5 layer
and I found the power pin at 1-6 layers,how can I limit the layer used to
connect the ring,becaue the strip which at 4,5,6 layer is also connect to core
ring,maybe it could generate the DRC violation
thanks a lot!
