input resistance

hello

what is the input resistance of this circuit and how to calculate it?

where can i find a good tutorial about creating and solving small signall models of ciruits?

regards

input resistance

if input pin connected to gate of Min , thus it is infinity, because transistor gate is isulated.

Re: input resistance

hi dear i dont think that davood is right upper gates are isolated but teh lower ones are open

Re: input resistance

Looking down the source of Min the resistance seen is ro1. Looking up from the drain of Min the resistance seen is [ro3 + ro5(1 + (gm3 + gmb3)ro3)]/[1+gm5ro5(1+(gm3+gmb3)ro3)]

Re: input resistance

They all have Metal Oxide Semiconductor gates. The input resistance will be very high. The impedance will depend on the frequency range you are using better refer the datasheets.
