ask demod

Hi, guys :

Excuse me , and occupying your valuable time to analyze my ask mod and ask demod circuit (please consulting attachment ).

QUESTION:
(1) ask mod (input mod sigal: 10kHZ square signal ) output signal is unstable.And how can i make it stable , which component might I tune ?

(2)lm393 not act as comparator., Is MY circuit error?
