HI,

I am working on a project about processor by using TSMC18 technology. This processor needs a SRAM memory. I know how to synthesi and P&R for a common digital design. But,

How can I deal with the memory? Any free memory compiler available?

hi,
using memory compiler provided by TSMC is necessary. otherwise you are unable to using sram in your design.

In general project, you can use memory compiler to generate memory,
But, for a processor, should use full_custom design to implement high-density and high speed, low power.

Artisan (**broken link removed**) do a free memory compiler for TSMC .18
