MCU asic chip EFT issue.

hello,

i design a 8 bit MCU asic chip now,
this MCU ASIC CHIP must fit EN61000-4-4 EFT (Industrial +-4kV, )
how can design this special require?
maybe i must design special I/O pad and Power/gnd i/o pad?
plz help me,thanks !
