you can ignore the 0.3pf cap because its in parallel with the vin, so
vo/vin=

R61*R62*C34+R62s
----------------------------------------
s(R61+R62)+(R61*R62)(C34+C35)

(1/b)(e^(-ct/b)) + (a/b) d(e^(-ct/b))/dt

Added after 52 seconds:

may be a delta function added to the 2nd term >> L-1[s*f(t)]= f'(t)+L-1[f(0)]
where f(0) is a constant so it will give a delta at t=0
