powersys matlab

Hi everybody

Recently I've reading IEEE Std. 1459-2000 Definitions for the measurement of electric power quantities under sinusoidal, nonsinusoidal, balanced or unbalanced conditions.
Later Performance of the IEEE Standard definitions for the measurement of electrical power under nonsinusoidal conditions by Khalsa and Zhang.
Firstable, In the IEEE std, they show certain new concept for power definitions in nonsinusoidal conditions in single phase system and three phase system.
And Khalsa says he has investigated in three cases the power definitions.

Later I found a brief survey of Power and Energy measurement by Petr Kadanik, and he has implemented a simulink power system to measure all the power definitions for nonsinusoidal conditions.

My question, how do they: khalsa and kadanik, implement the ieee power definition in matlab simulink?
Do they have created new blocks in simulink, have they got a new version of simulink...?

thank's...
