EPE LCF meter problem: reading inductance up to 1H in mH

problems of lcf meter

Hi friends, I make this pic meter. Actually his incutance range is up to 10H. When I measure 500mH inductance in my lcd is read 0,5H. Inductance smaller than 150-200mH are shown in mH (250mH, not 0.1H). This mean that I can't measure difference between 500 and 550mH. In the this two times i read 0.5H
Is there some sotware modiifcation to read inductance up to 1H in mH ?
