hi, as far as I know usually JFET multiplexers show better linearinty in their Ron than CMOS ones, but they are much more expensive(CD4067 vs AD MUX16).
if one puts a Jfet opAmp at the output of mux then I presume the nonlinearity of Ron woudn't be much problem. are there other factors that can make Jfet muxes more apealing than CMOS ones? MUX 16 datasheet says it has 70db cross talk(but at 500KHz). CD405x says it has 40db cross talk but at 3MHz.
what about N threshold and P threshold. in CD4067 datasheet the circuit diagram has not been shown but I presume it has a complemetary PMOS and NMOS at its input. these N threshold voltage and P threshold voltage are they important ? what are their significance?

Regards.
