Interesting---------mcirocontroller choice

Please Help me to select the Microcontroller which fulfill the following requirement..It should be 8051 architecture (8 bit ).

1) 2 Uart
2) no. of inputs and outputs (digital) -5/4 I/O Ports
3) 256K external data memory interface
4) 3 timers requirement
5) 16/32K Program Memory reuirements.
6) any special requirements like I2C communication

Please if any body found this reqiurement microcontroller, reply me
 

m32c may be will suit your need from renesas
 

Atmel's ATMEGA128 meets your requirements.
 

if you specifiy your application it will be easier to recommended some chips that meet you design specifications
 

My application is
1)To interface 2 RAMs 62256
2)To interface NM7010A
3)To interface printer port
for that purpose i need 20 address lines, 8051 core
4) 16 i/o pins excluding addr/data lines
5)2 uart.

please help me to find microcontrller.

Hi,
You can easily find out your desired microcontroller using parametric search.

Better go to digikey (www.digikey.com), search microcontroller, and choose your requirements from parametric table. Then buy from where ever you want.

You can use the LPC2138 from philips

512K -FLASH rom

2x32 BIT ioport (all most, sherd with peripheral)

32K ram

2 UART ,2 SPI,2 I2C
