quantization error power

I'm following Intro To Analog and Digi Comm'n by Simon Haykin.
I'm confused about calculation of Quantization Error Power.
The book says Qe = 1/2Δ∫qe dqe. But I think power is related to time...and that in the the integral the differential term should be dt for power calc?
Any explanation?

quantization error calculation

in case of uniform ditribtution of the error the value of error will be
Δ²/12 where Δ = step size of quantizer which = 2*m/L
m:peak of analouge signal
l=number of quantization levels = 2^R where R is the number of bits
this is from Hykin's book called (communications systems) 4th edition
wish i made it clear...
