To the respected person,I am a electrical student currently doing my final year project which is a case study on Built in Self Test for ADCAlthough there are many method to test the ADC but it is complicated to define which is the most appropriate one or feasible one.Therefore i would like to know the best BIST technique in testing the ADC and the Diagaram to be reproduced using electronic tools MATLAB.Thank you
