how to measure SRF of inductor by VNA ?
What parameter should I observe ?

Hi

In my opinion, just measure S21 and look for the freq. where the S21 is max.
This occurs at resonance due to the parasitics.

I think you can also plot S11 on a Smith Chart and look to see where the trace crosses the real axis.
