dc report there are same net is connected to more than one pin.
will it introduce any problem?

It may or may not cause problems depending on what pin it is. Even Reset can be a multidriven net. So check it out before going to layout.

It may lead to assign statements in your final netlist which some back-end tools will not accept.

This post: shows how to fix that problem.

You can also get ruid of this by flattening/ungrouping the design
