Where can I find the datasheet for A1154 PNP transistor?

Does anybody here knows where can I find the datasheet for the a1154 pnp transistor?

I want to ask, is this the complete device name of the transistor? and also, do you know the manufacturer?

Don't know the name of the manufacturer, this is exactly what is written on the the transistor:

A1154
K21ZA

I think it is from toshiba but I am not sure. Thanks

Try https://www.datasheetarchive.com. They have individual data sheets, as well as data books.

You should search for 2SA1154 in the above link. It is there. I found next data:
