I have just get DS87C550 and DS87C530 (samples from dallas).

But i don't know how to program load for it.

Have you any one have the schematic to programmer for it (load the hex file into them).

And i have another question.
I have a DS80C320. it's a romless, and i know that if i want ot use it, i must use an external memory. But i have no experience in this field.

Have any one have experience in this field help me ?

Schematic and source code sample.

Thanks.

There you will find AT89C52 programmer. You can use the same programmer to program DS87C550 or any other 8051-core microcontroller with Eprom.
In your case you will need to build a ZIF adapter 40-pin 8051-to-87C550.
Connect only these pins which are used in programming.
If you have problems - come back and ask questions. There are plenty of members ready to help you ..

Connecting external EPROM/ROM, RAM, I/Os and RS-232:

Bear in mind that code for external EPROM is identical with code for internal EPROM and only correct hardware connection is required.

How to build a ZIF adapter 40-pin 8051-to-87C550.
Have any one Who have even do this, please give me a schematic.

Which one do you have:
80-PIN QUAD FLAT PACK (14.0 MM X 20.0 MM) or
68-PIN WINDOWED CLCC
ZIF test sockets are quite expencive ..
In any case you may need a PLCC68-DIP-40 adaptor, similar to that on from the attached pdf file. As I said, on this mini-PCB you will need to connect only these lines which are required for programming 40-pin 8051 versionP1.0-P1.7 as A0-A7, P2.0-P2.7 as A8-A15, P0.0-P0.7 as D0-D7, XTAL1, ... see link from previous post..

The link should be OK, as when I clicked on it it opens that site ..
Anyhow, attached is a schematic from it ..
