Hi all!
I want a circuit or solution to measure the capacitance of a capacitive sensor. Please help me?

You can compare your unknown capacitance against a known reference capacitor.

This book describes all sorts of measurement instruments:

Chapter 45 - "Capacitance and Capacitance Measurements"
