what does temperature coefficient model mean?

is this a model that influenced by temperature, but I think all the model is influenced by temperature. thanks!
 

that is change your transistor vt, mobility with the temperature changing
 

Yes, all the models are modified at different temperature. Like MOS, BJT, resistor, capacitor and inductor.
