Recommend an RF transistor (200-300 MHz)

Hi, can anyone suggest me a transistor (a BJT is better) tu use from 200 to 300 MHz and with an output power at least 3- 4 W.

you should find it in aglient or Infineon's websites.

Agilent is selling off its semiconductor division. I would be cautious about using them in a new design. Besides, Agilent does not do 4W anythings.
