can any one tell me what is the diff between sychronous fifo and asynchronous fifo ram?
and which is better?

async fifo: control signals can vary at anytime

sync fifo: control ans data signals are sampled by a master clock signal

Usually, synchronous memories speed is higher than async ones.

Which is better? It depends on your application. You have to calculate your requirements, and take a look at your avalilable FIFOs.

i want to comment about "angelote" replay ....

the synchronous memories speed is less than the asynchronous memories,

but the synchronous memories provide less complex structure.
