Solid Ground Plane or Hatched Ground plane.

Which one will have a lower inductance at high frequency.

Thanx

solid hatched plane

I heard that Hatched Ground Plane sometime used for manufacturebility, becouse some hot process may affect solid ground plane.

Solid ground plane provide ways for current to run in the path with low inductance.

solid vs hatched ground plane

solid should have lower inductance.
