what is the differences between external and internal drive buzzer and tell me operation both and schematic also

thank you

Hi,

A buzzer with external drive is a passive device, no electronics inside. Similar to a speaker.
If you want it to produce sound you need to input AC voltage.

A buzzer with internal drive has it's frequency generator inside. It operates with DC supply voltage.
