New to PCB design and electronic circuits; how can I learn the basics

I want to do a PCB. I have taken classes on orcad. But I do not know how to make circuit diagrams before going to orcad. how can I learn them? I need to make a PCB consisting of- 3cmX5cm touch screen, some buttons, high sound, rechargable battery, BLE, GPS, GPRS. How can I make it? how to get started?
 

Didn't your orcad class cover schematic capture? If not, then download a demo version and run the tutorials.
