normally I google look for the circuir solution, but sometime not efficient. Any good reference circuit topology, reference book advise?

Hi

Analog design or circuits using ICs? Big difference.

Try looking for CMOS Circuit Design Analysis and Simulation or Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits or Analog Design Essentials or similar sounding search terms.
