I want to buy an LCR meter. I do not want to spend a lot of money, but I want something that really measures. Market offer is not very large
At first glance, I was surprised
1. CEM DT-9935
main inconvenience - manufacturer not supplied kelvin connection wire, generally the quality of wires and pliers supplied is very low
2. DE-5000
the same chip set as the previous one, but the maker supplies the Kelvin Probe, though they are miserable but can be adjusted. Plis have Optical comunication with PC
3. any other

Certainly many people have solved a similar problem, you advise

DE-5000 with TL23 smd probe (kelvin too). use it very often and does the job quite nicely for some $100-120 shipped. search ebay japan.
