I am now trying to do the spectre reliability simulation, but I was confused by the flow. Although I have check the ICADV and MMSIM help, the information is too limited and unclear.
It seems that the simulation would run the DC simulation first, then run the tran_stress, after that, the stress result will be the input of tran_age.
1. So, my question is what is the tran_stress doing compare to normal tran simulation actually?
2. After select Spectre Native and TMI, why the transient time for Reliability simulation is RelXpert?

Thanks
