ADC switching scheme and suitable comparator selection ?

I design a differential SAR ADC and use tri-level capacitor switching scheme shown in image which reduce power consumption. because one array of capacitor keep no changes while the other switch,the dynamic comparator must adapt to various CM level so that the differential pair is always ON during comparison. How I can do that for the preamplifier of comparator ? C1.JPGC2.JPG
