Triple pole analog switch by cmos ?

I want to use cmos to design a single pole triple throw to choose 3 different voltage level: VDD, Vcm, VSS like in the picture. How can I do that ? Untitled.jpg

Hi,

use a 4:1 MUX and use three inputs only.

Go to a distributor and use the "analog MUX" selection guide. Or go to a analog MUX manufacturer and do the same.

Analog muxes often have high series resistance
(worse for x8 and x16). You can find quad SPST
switches (some, with complementary control
polarities) as low as 1 ohm and one of these plus
a 74HC 2:4 demux could be a superior solution if you
need (say) 100mA out of VDD. You can also
parallel the unused channel to make one of these
sources lower Ron if you like.
